Simply post your unsuitable items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. If you wish, you can let us know within 14 days that you’re returning goods by completing our Returns Form.

We hope you’ll love your sparkles but, if any item is unsuitable, simply complete the Returns Note on the reverse of your Delivery Note, enclose it in the parcel with your item/s and post the parcel back to us within 14 days of receipt. All unsuitable items but be returned in original packaging and their original unused/unworn condition with security tags or hygiene seals intact.
